Bring them in

Drop off your completed application and packet at the agency office: 3455 Sarah St., Beaumont, TX 77705.

Email them

Scan the signed pages and email them to cpa-info@aimtoachieve22.com. Include copies of the documents on the checklist.

Give them to your case manager
